Owner of Maryvaleand Sarsfield Pass, stations in the Wellington district. He was a member of the NSW Legislative Assembly in the seat of The Bogan from February 1889 to June 1891 and from May 1892 to June 1894. Had 1 daughter and 4 sons. Church of England.
