PURSUANT TO A PROVISO contained in an Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the fourteenth day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine made between Alexander McAslan Johnson of Campbell Town in Tasmania Farmer of the one part and Thomas Giblin of Hobart Town Esquire and William Giblin of Providence Valley near Hobart Town Esquire of the other part

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default having been made by the said Alexander McAslan Johnson in payment of the principal money secured by the said Indenture the tract of land therein described comprising four hundred and thirteen acres situate in the vicinity of Elizabeth River in the County of Glamorgan in Tasmania will be exposed for sale by public auction by

at their Mart in Collins-street Hobart Town on MONDAY the fourteenth day of July next at twelve o'clock noon
